Thinking of blogging… some day.

This is the second time I’ve written my first post; the first time I had mis-configured WordPress and the screen was always blank!  Maybe I should be embarrassed, or even mortified, but no.  I am a little surprised that I could not get it working all by myself, but really not terribly.  You see, I am a bicyclist first; I only started being a software engineer in 1986.  My closest cousin taught me how to ride a bike two decades before that!

In my defense, WordPress configuration is really quite different from “assembly language”, “C” or “SmallTalk” programming language instructions.

Okay, so my failure is indefensible in the world of computer geeks.  The reason this site works now is that I asked for help!  Thanks, Scott at LaughingSquid.com!
